Far too often we are told about the ‘evils and dangers’ that lurk in the subconscious. While there is certain value in understanding the dark side of human psychology, only looking at the negative comes with many unfortunate consequences.

With constant repetition of your affirmation, you can tap into your subconscious mind and get the response and the level of commitment that you need to move forward; this can really change your behavior for the better!

While all of the information above is great, there are several other options out there. We always recommend doing the ones that suit your needs, but the more you do the better the results. For instance, if you are using the affirmation process, you may want to add a little post hypnotic suggestion to the routine. Granted you’ll have to find a trustworthy hypnotherapist, but it’s just another option. Then of course it that sounds a little farfetched, try listening to a few pre-recorded hypnosis articles.

There is also a relatively new process known as brainwave synchronization or binaural beats, which involves listening to special sound frequencies with headphones. The frequencies are very slightly different in each ear which results in the synchronisation of the two hemispheres of the brain. This puts you almost instantly into a deep meditative state which allows your ‘conscious self’ to communicate with your subconscious mind.

Once you’ve reached a certain peak regarding the training of your subconscious mind, there are higher levels to attain. It’s something that only a few people can do, but there has been evidence that shows Buddhist monks achieving supernatural powers. Granted it’s not like they’re Superman or anything, but levitation and invisibility has been documented.

When you are ready to use your subconscious mind, you’ll discover that you can actually move matter on a subatomic level.
